How much does shipping cost?
Two options, from €5.10. Free over €100
We offer two options. Economy shipping without tracking costs €5.10 and arrives in 5-10 business days. Express shipping with tracking costs €15 and arrives in 2-3 business days. For orders of €100 or more, express shipping is free.
How long will it take to receive my order?
From 2-3 to 5-10 days, depending on the option
It depends on the option you choose. With economy shipping, around 5-10 business days; with express, 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days ship the same day.
How do returns work?
Within 8 days of delivery
We accept returns within 8 days of delivery, with products unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
